Beginners Yoga
We welcome complete beginners and those with little experience in most of our classes, unless otherwise mentioned in the class title r description.
Our friendly, supportive environment ensures everyone feels comfortable, with classes tailored to meet your needs.
These classes are the best options to start with if you are a beginner;
- Vinyin Yoga – Monday 5:30 pm
- Hatha Yoga level 1 – Tuesday 6:30 pm
- Gentle Yoga for All – Friday 11:30 pm
- Vinyasa Yoga – Saturday 9 am
We also run a 4-week Beginners Yoga Course twice a year, mostly starting in January and September.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
If you are a regular practitioner, you are welcome to join our community. Book any Mysore or Guided classes in the timetable.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is an umbrella term and covers most physical yoga classes. In a typical hatha class you can expect some pranayama (deep breathing exercises) and meditation.
We offer various Hatha classes for different levels, including Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Gentle Flow and Therapeutic Yoga.
